Due to an unprecedented failure of multiple pieces of equipment access to email websites DNS services were interrupted between Saturday 17th December. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
Engineers were on site all day and rectified the problem. In order to ensure that in future outages are less invasive we are to make several improvements to the hosting infrastructure including new equipment.

Apologies
Yesterday the service went down for a short period. According to the hosing provider we lost power to rack C1/D8 in IFL Manchester. Initial investigation has shown a tripped breaker in the PDU supplying the rack. Engineers reset the breaker and the service was restored.

Urgent Notice

Migration to ISPcp
This evening server room migrated to the latest version of ISPcp. This offers improvements to our customers to allow Manual DNS management.
It also fixes some bugs in the control panel.
